Our original room was like a stinky sock, and when we asked for help, we got thrown a cleaning product instead of a new room. After airing it out, it still reeked, and no one seemed to notice—real shame! Guess they were too busy ensuring everything else shined.

The demand for a £50 cash deposit on check-in felt excessive, especially when I had already paid online, and the insistence on cash even had me trekking to a cashline machine. Walls are paper thin. you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, which really cuts into the peacefulness of your stay. no breakfast options are available on-site, which forced us out for meals. the ambiance could use some updating, and the shower in our room had issues adjusting temperature properly, making for less than ideal bathing experiences.
